Solaryx is an all-in-one tanning-salon and wellness management platform I design and maintain at HVG Solutions. It is built for Belgian tanning centers and multi-site networks, bringing POS, online booking, equipment control, Belgian compliance, loyalty and reporting together in a single connected system.

It is a 5-in-1 platform:

  • Fast POS - intuitive checkout for products, services, sessions and treatments, with employee login, discounts and branded tickets. It keeps working offline and resumes in-progress sessions automatically after a power cut or restart.
  • Online booking - 24/7 self-service booking for your customers.
  • Solarium & compliance - dedicated relay boxes start, count down and stop the tanning beds automatically, with preparation, in-progress and ventilation phases and built-in Belgian compliance.
  • Customers & loyalty - customer management, gift cards and loyalty points tracked per session.
  • Multi-site & platform - a single connected system across all your salons, available in French, Dutch, English and German.

Solaryx also handles beauty and wellness centers without the UV module. It is hosted, maintained and continuously updated based on customer feedback.
